Master Planner S&OP

We are searching for a S&OP Master Planner for a newly created position.

The Position
With reference to the Director, S&OP, you will co-define, perform, and continuously improve the Master Planning processes for Jupiter Bach’s main products. You will be responsible for driving cross-functional optimization projects related to the supply chain operations.

Furthermore, you participate in developing and executing the production plan and inventory policies that will enable Jupiter Bach to meet sales objectives while maintaining stable production with high yield and throughput.

In order to succeed in this role, it is important that you develop a close collaboration with other members of the supply chain, production, sourcing, finance and sales teams which is essential to achieve these sales and service objectives. Key success factors will among others be responsibility for creating a master production plan for selected products and acting as a driver in ensuring consistency between sales expectations and production’s practical limitations, frequently follow up on the execution of the production plan where feedback to finance and sales regarding outlook for coming months of sales has high priority.

The position is situated in Jupiter Bach’s headquarters in Køge and frequent travelling to Jupiter Bach’s sites in China, USA, Lithuania, Spain, and Poland must be expected.

Your Qualifications
You hold a degree in engineering or a have related educational background in combination with professional capacity and understanding of using MS Office, explicitly Excel and other related programs on super user level.

You have the understanding of the complexity of modern MRP and ERP programs and have a keen interest in production planning and supply chain.

You are energetic and have the personal stamina to introduce and drive change in a complex environment.

You are motivated by independence complemented by a strong problem-solving attitude and have the ability to understand and communicate problems both from a detailed, operational perspective as well as in a brief, overview format.

You possess good social skills, excellent communication skills and have a positive attitude in general. Last, but not least you are fluent in both spoken and written English.
